Call our Catering Department at (916) 446-1215 ADVANCE ORDERS: Any unique or specialty orders can be accommodated, provided all arrangements and contracts are finalized two (2) weeks prior to the event date. All advance food and beverage orders must be accompanied by full payment either by credit card (see authorization below) or company check.BOOTH ORDERS (AND ADDITIONAL ORDERS): Prior to ordering additional services and/or attendants while at the Center, it will be necessary to place a credit card imprint as a guarantee of payment with our Catering Department. The imprint may be retrieved at the end of the show after payment has been made for the services provided. However, if payment is not made before the client leaves the Center, the imprint of the card will be utilized as payment on the balance of the bill due Classique Catering. GUARANTEE: A guaranteed commitment for services is required five (5) working days prior to the date and time of service. If no alterations are made before this time, services will be conducted as per the last stated agreements. LABOR CHARGES: Attendants, Carvers and/or Chefs may be needed for services. These staff members can be provided at the rate of $75.00 per shift. Bartenders can be provided at the rate of $75.00 per shift. Shifts are a minimum of three (3) hours. Additional hours are available at the rate of $25.00 per hour. After eight (8) hours there is a $39.00 per hour rate. BEVERAGE SERVICES: Alcoholic beverages and their service are exclusive to Classique Catering and regulated by the State of California. No alcoholic beverages may be brought on to or removed from these premises. FOOD SERVICES: Classique Catering is responsible for the production and quality of all food service. REMOVAL OF SERVICE: All booth service orders will be removed, by waitstaff, beginning one hour prior to the close of the show. If services are needed for any additional time, arrangements can be made in advance when placing the order. CREDIT CARD CHARGE AUTHORIZATION: For your ordering convenience, please complete and return the form below with your order. Any food and beverage balance not paid by 10:00 AM one day prior to the event will be charged to your credit card where applicable.
