As a new off-premise division, Classique Events
 specializes in food and beverage concessions at
 fairs, festivals, sporting events and large scale company picnics.

This high profile division of Classique Catering
services events with its own 24 foot mobile kitchen truck
with refrigerated walk in and 18 foot trailer equipped with
barbeque, ovens and warmers.

In 2001, Classique Events serviced guests at
the Serrano Balloon Festival,
the Junior Olympic National Track and Field Trials,
the Bridge to Bridge Waterfront Festival and
the First Annual Old Sacramento Oktoberfest.
